Upon presenting the work needed to be done, they did not listen to what I needed, and just proposed a lot more work than what was necessary at a very high price (highest of all quotes received). It was a good thing I had previously researched the work needed or I would have been taken for a ride. Once I responded providing rationale on why I would not need the extra work, they stopped responding to me. Be careful and do your research prior to going with them.
