Founded on the 1st of June in 2016 by Robert Guimond, our mission has been to demystify the electric bicycle and make them accessible to all. Par téléphone, vous disent qu’ils vont vous envoyer la pièce manquante mais ne l’ont jamais fait.
Vraiment décevant.
Mon conjoint voulait aussi un ebike mais nous ne l’achèterons pas à ce magasin car un SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE est important.
