Too many people associate a chemical scent with cleaning performance. In order to prove that ecological and unscented products are as good as the products currently found on the market, in 2012, Anie Rouleau founded Baleco.
Since she has an intolerance for certain chemical fragrances, from a very young age Anie has lived in an scent-free environment, making her own products. "I was already passionate about unscented products, but when I had my children, it confirmed to me that the world of cleaning was a real paradox, because we clean, but we leave an assortment of toxic chemical products behind. We are contaminating our air. Understand that just because it smells good doesn't mean it's clean!" explains Anie.
