RDV à 11h un samedi matin; les portes sont barrées et au téléphone ils disent être fermé. J'ai laissé un message. On me rappelle 2 jours après pour me dire que le gars était aller faire une commission et était revenu pour 11h30. Sans s'excuser rien. Comment je pouvais savoir qu'il allait être là à 11h30??? Et j'aurais du l'attendre??? Lui, savait que j'avais RDV et il devait être présent à 11h. Quand je lui ai dis que j'allais m'arranger pour aller ailleurs, il a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucun problème comme s'il se foutait bien que j'aille dans un autre endroit plutôt que son entreprise pour ma réparation. La moindre des choses était de s'excuser!
