Terrible heating, I should not be down to my underwear with windows open in FEBRUARY. Company doesn't care to adjust the heating and would rather add a pointless locker for deliveries from some start-up. I've seen no person actually use the waste of metal. Don't live here.

Very old building not quit up to standards needs lots of repairs

The building looks nice, yes, but the owners are very shady and the management is bullshit. The current superintendent, Rob, is a really nice guy and always helps with any issues I have, he has been here since I moved in over 3 years ago. Some people came to my door named Ary and Avery to ask me to move out, for an incentive. I felt like I was being bullied and I was very upset and angry with this request. I am not very happy where I reside at the moment. I would not recommend this building!
