TERRIBLE SERVICE
I had a very traumatic accident and about $11,000 in repairs done to the car. My insurance company insisted that I go to FixAuto (Northview Auto Collision). I have since had to have it repaired and re-inspected twice and am about to send it in for a third time. There was a part loose under the hood that was not installed properly. The paint job on the hood was blotching and looked like the hood was rusting under the paint and has to be replaced, gloss coat on quarter panel peeled off completely, and they painted BOTH bumpers a different shade of the red than the rest of the car (not just slight shading difference, a whole different colour). Do NOT bring your vehicle to Northview. Start to finish service is not great. I waited weeks for my car, more than was necessary. God knows what else will go wrong with the repairs they did in the future
