I really like the choices I found at this store. They really knew there products and helped me with my selection. After when it was time for installation I was really impressed with the work done.

I was looking for a rug forever and finally I found it. Was quite happy with the prices too , dont need to spend thousands to get a nice rug here.... check out this store

Rude

We decided to checkout this store after shopping at Elte around the corner. The salesperson was rude from the start, provided a verbal quote and when I asked for details of the particular carpet that he quoted me on, he told me to take a business card and write it down myself because I was "wasting his time"! I was completely shocked at his attitude and his comments. We do not have much experience with carpet installation and were trying to understand how the 'package' works ( ie material, labour, etc). Instead we got a condescending lecture that turned into sheer rudeness when this person proceeded to tell us to go to Scarborough and buy our own carpet instead of, again, wasting his time. The craziest part was the store was completely empty and there were no other customers at all! We left, naturally, thoroughly disgusted with the way we had been treated simply because we asked a few too many questions for the salespersons liking. The story doesn't even end there as this man actually came out of his shop to tell us that he drives a $100,000 car and wears a $15000 watch so he didnt need our business. Real classy. No wonder the place was empty! I am still in shock at the way we were insulted at this store.
