The service at the location is the worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. We waited in the drive-thru, without an order even taken, for 5 minutes and said "hello?" To the voice box twice. So we decide to drive to the window and waited another 2 minutes for the women to come to the window only to tell us to order at the voice box. We explained there was not answer and she said she didn't care. Rules are rules and we have to go to the back of the line to order after waiting 7 MINUTES!!! We explained to her again how that wouldn't be fair because we waited and the people behind us haven't been waiting as long and the women started to yell at us calling us rude. I'm sorry, but anyone with any sort of customer service would service "First in, First out" and acknowledge the voicebox may not have been working and apologize. I do not recommend to anyone this location unless you want to be belittled by the women who claims she's the manager.
