    Received a notice stating the parcel would be at an access point for pick up. I called to ask when would be a good time to do that. Was told that was a mistake, that they will attempt to deliver it 2 more times (I will be at work hence missing it) before it is sent back to sender and I must make special arrangements and pay $6 to pick it up myself and that it won't be dropped off there for 2 more days. Was treated rudely on the phone, escalating what was already an unpleasant situation.

    I`m waiting for my package from Costco since December 22 today is 28 and the UPS not came, i sent message to the Ups and the guy sent message to me. Asking for money for delivery anotherwise i will not get my order from Costco.

    This is the way my package was delivered to my house at 2:10 this afternoon. What happened to it? I watched the person drop it off and I went right out to get it. Box was destroyed

    2 days to get to windsor now sitting at ups windsor since 4/30/2020 and it is now 5/06/2020 they need curb side pick up....who knows when they will deliver it

    Poor service all around. Sorry. Always disappointed with UPS service. Always incur duties on packages from Friends marked as gift. Disappointed.

    I am currently 7 ...

    I am currently 7 months pregnant and was waiting for ups to deliver a stroller and carseat. I checked the online tracking progress and it said the packages would be delivered before 8:00pm. At 7:45pm my doorbell rang, by the time I got down the stairs and opened the door my stroller was left in front of my door and my car seat was placed on my front lawn. The driver was nowhere to be found. I found this to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Those two packages total upwards of $600.00 and for them to be left unattended for anyone to steal was unacceptable to say the least! I called and complained and was told that because the shipper does not require a signature it's fine for the driver to leave my packages on the porch if he feels it's safe to do so. I don't think leaving $600.00 worth of baby products outside at 8:00pm without knowing if I was home or when I would return would be considered 'safe to do so'. I will never use UPS again unless absolutely necessary and even so, I will be picking up my packages directly rather than waiting for them to drop them wherever they see fit.
