Jackie's Hair Care Unisex Hair

I don't get my hair cut often, but when I do, Jackie has always left me with a very nice cut. She's a very decent lady on top of being a talented hair stylist.

My mom got me a certificate for Jackie’s, there is no date on said certificate... so I call 8 months after it was bought... immediately the owner of the store is mad saying I should have used it within 6 months, I tell her there should be a date on it if that is the case... we move forward and we make an app for the weekend at 11am, she confirms there will be 2 people working one for walk ins and one for my appointment. I get here and still at 1130 am waiting, owner and walk-in is gossiping ??
