We hired this company to aluminum clad our windows. The sills ended up being sloped towards the windows so rain was directed towards the window which would rot the wood underneath. Another problem was that we could not open the crank windows, because the sill was raised and blocked the window from opening. We noticed this after paying for it. We complained and it took the owner a month to come and look at the problems. He offered to fix it only if we paid for the material and labour again.
