My Amazing Tv

get my tv from Bruce for 3 years, he knows his stuff and backs his work. I have friends that deal with him and all say hes good.

Terrible! The box does not work and won’t run the update. Save your money!

Very dishonest. Talked me into buying IPTV for a year. It worked terrible for 2 months then stopped working completely. The android box was so old that Netflix never had an app old enough to download to it. It was easy to get hooked by the amazing demonstration, but a completely different story when you get it all home.

This business is absolutely horrendous... if I could give it 0 stars I would have. I paid Bruce for 4 months for IPTV in Feb to June... and he blocked my box and I have messaged him many times.. called the number i had and was told that the only ppl who call this numbers are the ppl who default in payments and should make their payments on time. When I did pay for it till June... and Ive emailed him many times, to accept the money he is really quick to accept.. but fails to provide the service.

I bought my box from some guy in Thorold, it never workd right. Took it to Bruce in Welland and I can't believe how much better it is than I bought it! Thanks so much I love the sports!

Was very skeptical at first, then I talked to Bruce, he helped me get set up and answered all my questions, guy knows his stuff. Also good support, it was months later and I had a serious problem with the box, he fixed it up right away.

I dealt with another guy in the Thorold area... NEVER AGAIN! Bruce is awesome, very knowledgeable and honest, not like the other guy.

This guy never answers the phone and continually changes the phone number and his website you cannot leave a message he does not respond to emails or anything I would give him a zero rating if I could but I had to give him at least one star I would never suggest this company to anybody learn how to load your own box

Will not return phone messages or answer email in spite of multiple attempts at both. Lack of support. Quick to sell... Zero support. I purchased two boxes from "myamazingtv.com" and have trouble with both, have updated both, and one will not power up (hardware issue with contact at the back of the box). Both freeze up. Supposed one year guarantee has not been supported. Lack of communication and clarity with customers is a problem.
