Best customer service and excellent food.

The worst service followed by the worst pizza. Just when you think you are going to have a great night, kick back watch some TV and enjoy a pizza. No not the case, welcome to Gino's Waterloo where getting your order wrong and telling you it's your fault is the way of great customer service. Placed an order for the three topping special got a pizza with two toppings. Call the store and the immediate reaction of the guy on the phone? This is a quotation, "we do not put pepperoni on our pizzas"

I must say this is the best pizza that I had in Waterloo. The service is really good and its really timely. The people are really nice and they always greet you. The food is really good and its in an affordable range. For those who live in Waterloo I would highly recommend this place! Cheers!
