Asked about a battery back-up, the girl that answered, no way professional enough to use some courtesy, when asked if they carried battery back up in a certain range, she kept asking the guy next to her.
Without using hold... I could hear their conversation. Basically she kept asking my question reapeating it to the other employee and giving me vague answers, like...yes we do have, between 40 to 200 dollars,etctect. so frustrating it made do this review.
