An absolute Horrible experience! I left them a $400 cash deposit on a transmission they said they had in stock. Could not get it that day because they were not sure exactly where it was located in the facility. Returned days later to find out it was not there at all or someone must have sold it or misplaced it. Asked for my $400 back and they would not give it back! Said it could be used for in store credit only. Very disorganized company. I will never darken their doorway ever again!

Love this place! My family has been coming here for generations and with over 20 acres of cars they have what you need or the family that runs it will happily help you find it elsewhere. Best Auto Wreckers out there!

Never going to buy anything from Tracy's again!

horrible place, horrible workers, over priced USED parts that YOU take off of the car/truck/van. More expensive than a refurbished or even new part. Their stock is minuscule anyways. I suggest that you take the extra time and go to cookstown auto wreckers where you will be treated properly and given a fair price, and maybe even a few freebies.
