Excellent building with 24-Hr Concierge, gym, sauna, visitor suite and parking. Clean building with nicely carpeted hallways. Was there visiting a relative and was given a visitor parking without hassle. The guard on duty was respectful and helpful. Very convenient location, walking distance to many places with TTC & Subway at your doorstep.

Unhappy renter

Most owners won't tell you this (due to fear of driving down the price of their unit), but the management and security staff are absolutely horrible. Peter, the "head" security and Patricia, the building manager are rude, unprofessional, and extremely arrogant. Peter has consistently harassed visitors with respect to guest parking, and yells at visitors at the door for no good reason. Instead of explaining the building policies in a calm manner, he resorts to aggression and bullying. I have personally witnessed many incidents. Patricia, the building manager, does nothing to address this lack of professionalism and dismisses all complaints against the security staff. To add to the poor management, the gym has been closed for more than 3 months now. Residents have not been notified when it will re-open -- no explanation whatsoever. There are currently almost no amenities that exist for the residents. Ask yourself -- do you really want to be paying upwards of $800 in maintenance per month (2 bed apt) for such poor service? Do yourselves a favour, and find somewhere else to live!
