The tellers are so distracted by co-workers that they are not paying attention to the clients. This kind of environment creates confusion and they make mistakes. It is twice now that I go to this branch and the 1st time they deposited my $20k cheque to the wrong account after I repeated 3 times the acct# but she was so busy having a conversation with a co-worker (waiting to relieve her)and the 2nd time I asked to add an account to my profile, after 20 minutes they assure me it was done...not.
