This place is responsible for the lonely death of one of its residence. Due to not understanding the law properly and secluding them with no tv no telephone nothing.
It is filthy, unprofessional. The way they treat their residence is like they are disposable trash. This place should be closed down
This place is an absolute disaster. The level of professionalism is not up to par. The amenities are awful, small, dark rooms, mold, constant beg bug issues. The food is standard, nothing special, although they could use some healthier options as most of it is fried and fat laden. The medical staff are not very competent and are unloving and rough with the residence. My mother stayed here for a year and my siblings and I had to remove her. She's at a much cleaner, friendlier place now that offers several activities, helpful, caring staff, state of the art facilities and she couldn't be happier.
