This applies to all Sketchley Cleaners as they are franchises and complaints are directed to head office. I brought my sweater to the Eglinton Square location for cleaning. It was returned with 10cm of wool pulled. Despina at head office said she could reimburse me for the cleaning, but not the sweater (which cost $175) because "the nature of the weave made it prone to pulling." I know, that's why I followed the instructions on the garment to dry clean. They have no policy for damaged garments.
