I’m living in 25 floor Too many bed bugs walking around floor

I have been waiting for a key for my apartment for 4 months now, and still can't get any help, one lady is the office is rude when she talk and does not listen!

7 mos after move out, contacted by collection agency, for monies supposedly owed for for damage/upon move-out. No previous invoice, and date for repairs was prior to actual move-out. No response from Greenwin despite multiple phone calls and an detailed email
