After Jeff cancelled 2 previous appointments we agreed on a Sat morning between 8 & 9. He arrived at 10:20. He investigated the job, gave me a price of $800 saying it was a 'lot of work'. Couple of hours I thought. We agreed on $700. He was here a total of 90 minutes. I said that $450 an hour was excessive as no parts were required. He knew what he was doing but suggest you get a quote of time required and what he is charging you for. Live and learn for us. Very expensive for the time spent.

Thank you for your response. i would like to say that even when i called to inform you that i will not be able to arrive 2 times to your location, i did scheduled you on a Saturday morning changing my plans to help you in your situation.i was one hour late to our appointment and i am sorry for that. as well i am sorry for taking only an hour and a half to finish a two hour job. i understand it might look like i was suppose to discount the amount that we have agreed on before i had started the job as i usually never start until having approval to go ahead with it, as far as the extra 100$ i am sorry for having to charge taxes for my services as i am required to do so. at the end of the day i am very happy that you found my work to be helpful and i have completely for filled your requests. i understand you might not be a professional in this field but i assure you we are and after 18 years in the field can and will solve ANY telecommunication and Data Problem anyone may have on his Systems or Land lines or Data Network.Please don't hesitate to Call for any Warranty related issues as it is valid For one Full Year for any type of work i do. respectfully Jeff
