I have had very good experiences at the Brick with Jessica. She was very knowledgeable on all the purchases that I wanted. Unfortunately the delivery on my last purchase resulted in damage. I notified Jessica immediately and within hours I was told the item would be replaced and a discount would be applied to my original purchase. I would recommend Jessica as an associate at the Brick to anyone looking to make a big or small purchase.
Rick(staff) was very helpful in assisting me find the best bed set that met all my needs. He provided exceptional education and feedback on all options. I would refer Rick to anyone shopping at the Brick as very professional and accommodating.
Delivery of our appliance was a confusing and disappointing experience. Waited all day for promised delivery. Called customer service and delivery office only to be told there were no updates and the delivery personnel could not be contacted while out on deliveries! We called the store manager the next morning. Another apology and promise to deliver in the morning. Waited until 2 pm. What a waste of time. Totally incompetent. Should have purchased from Home Depot instead!
Went in the store 3 times and no one even acknowledged us. The 3rd time I finally just grabbed the tagged on the couch I wanted and started walking around to find someone. A man finally stopped us and had a rude comment about me grabbing the tag. During our whole interaction he was very rude and extremely hard to work with. Getting him to explain the warranty and payment plans was like pulling teeth. I only bought the couch because it was the only store that had it. I will never go back!
When we need an appliance or furniture The Brick in Thunder Bay Ont is our favorite choice. The customer service is exemplary and the staff are very pleasant and professional. They have way better support. I got burned and others have too from a competitor a few blocks north and wont go back to that one.
