Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.

The service rep Clayton, is awesome. He and Mark are the main reason I have bought Ford products since 1983. They are the reason have only brought my ford vehicles to Pinewood.
