I work at a trucking company and have to deal with Gardewine's billing department, an absolute nightmare. Reaching them is impossible, after 10 attempts requesting PODs, no answer, the moment i say we are short-paying for lack of a POD they reply. Unprofessional. They CREATE extra charges that don't make any sense, and apply them to your invoices without consent. They charge you for loads that they cannot provide PODs for. Overall a nightmare to deal with.
