Horrible service!

I had a horrible experience with one of Payless travels agents, and the owner of the company as well. They gave me the run around promising me fair prices would drop, I had inflexible travel dates do to work, they issues me an itinerary and I gave them my credit details and 4 days before the flight I found out they never booked, and there are no flights even close tot he prices they quoted me. I recommend going with a more professional travel agency with better customer service.
