Never showed up to the appointment! Called and booked an appointment to fix my fireplace. He was charging more for the service call than anyone else but he convinced me on the phone that his service is better. I figured I'd give him a try. Made sure to work from home on the day he was coming. Appointment time came and gone and he never showed up! I called him and left a message and he never even returned my call. I can understand something coming up, but at least let the customer know.
