One guy was quite good. The 2nd guy came in late, moved my car back and forth, over and over, spinning the tires each time while waiting for the bay to be empty, when turning the vehicle he was forcing the steering wheel way too far so the power steering pump was groaning. When switching bays, he spun the tires a few more times. When I got my car back I saw he had pulled out my cassette and put it on my seat (why?) Just general lack of respect for my vehicle. I will not go back because of him.

Awful!!!!......my daughter picked up her car after it was done and noticed oil all over her pants as she was driving home. They didn't bother to clean any of the excess oil that was all over the inside door frame. She went back and all they did was have the a guy who looked about 16 years old come and wipe down the door frame. Wow thanks!!!
