Not one week after purchasing a 2011 Caliber the car has issues, no block heater as advertised, battery needed replacing, alternator, starter, and horn did not work. All needed replacing, prior to having vehicle less than one month.
Last call from Rob the owner ended with him literally screaming at me. He less than cared about my concerns than his own.
He said THE CAR IS FINAL SALE, I GOT PAID SO IM NOT WORRIED.
Impossible this car was ever certified.

Great experience. Both owners were very helpful and willing to get me the exact car I needed. Would highly recommend this car lot over the others. Car shopping tends to be a negative experience, but not with the auto boss. Next car purchase will be there for sure. A++
