Check the expiry dates before purchasing food, especially if it’s on sale or says special. I was told that my “expired by 4 months” product was acceptable because that’s why it was on sale and expiry dates are still good past five years...

Friendly staff, great service and bilingual!

Have been going for years. They informed me of my options when I have went in. Always have had friendly staff. Will continue to go back. My girlfriend was just there yesterday and she has been going for years too.

Best place in town

the store is clean and carry some high end stuff. prices are average (some higher some lower) the staff have training in nutrition (i asked) and were really helpful. they gave me some options and helped me understand each one and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of things they suggested i go home and add some stuff to my meals first (and it worked). ive gone back a few times and its a great place to shop every time.
