Owner Amy Ballinger operated Moksha Yoga Hamilton's previous location in Dundas since 2010 before opening a second location in Stoney Creek in 2016, much to the delight of a devoted yoga community. This ballet-inspired workout has inspired an increase in Canadian studios, which have popped up across the country. With no dance experience necessary, the high energy exercise aims to have you lift, tuck, curl and plié your way to a stronger body.
