I was surprised by the bad review. I have nothing but praise for this company. They lent me a machine and equipment for more than a month and monitored me, without cost or obligation. I can call anytime with any problems/concerns and they resolve them for me. Staff has been wonderful, especially Rita.
Purchased a new nose mask for 235.00 covered by ins. said I had thirty days to try it or return, nose piece to small so they lent me a large to try, fitted they said it was sterilized, brought it back the next day and requested a new one, said they didn’t do exchanges and gave me one from a display model that people try on don’t know if t was sanitized or not..disgusting and unhealthy will be notifying my ins. Re. This practice..tried to exchange a headband they would exchange same...terrible,,
The staff was excellent but I have to say the cost of a mask is outrageous, I purchased a machine recently but the mask was not adequate for my purposes so I was forced to purchase another style, Wow the cost was out of pocket because I no longer have insurance "retired" government only covers machine, the second mask cost $300 so take a good look before you purchase because as I found out they are allot cheaper elsewhere and they do not offer any special services here for the mask.
