I never had the problem fixed instead they said it was a tranny problem and charged $3000 but was really a broken Cam Phaser apparently common issue with Ford pickups. I’ve emailed 3 times, called 4 times and all of those times I’ve had NO response to my plea of an explanation and what they want to do 5o correct the situation.
This is a typical Horrible Mechanic Storey you here about.
