This is one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. Their customer service department does not answer emails or return phone calls. It took me a month to get anyone to even talk to me, and that was only after phoning the store manager 5 times and having him look into it. Their customer service rep refused to honor their warranty on an expensive item, and instead accused me of having damaged the item, making up a ridiculous story to avoid a simple repair or replacement.
