Although it's over 60 years ago, and we have grown significantly, we have not forgotten our roots. Peoples Credit Union has grown over the years: from the 20 and 21 charter members in 1944 and 1947 as Innisfil Credit Union and Shelburne Credit Union, respectively, to over 10,500 today; from assets of $163 to over $100 million; from a handful of volunteer staffers to 40 full-time and 15 part-time employees; from serving a community of farmers to now serving the community as a whole; from a member's kitchen location to full service locations in Stroud, Alcona, Shelburne, and now, Tollendale Village in Barrie. more...
