Went to Max Cafe on my way home from work. I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised. The bartender was very friendly, had a great attitude and was amazing at her job. She made me feel at home and delivered service with a smile. The food was good. My friends and I sampled many dishes, tried a few of the daily specials. They were all very tasty. The fries and gravy were very scrumptious. The perfect compliment to a nice cold pitcher of beer. You can't beat the prices. It's affordable and very good value for the price. This place is a real gem. The jukebox has all the best tunes you've always loved. Everything from 70s rock to 2000's top 40. I really can't say enough about the value of this bar. The food, the bartender, the jukebox. You can't go wrong for a local watering hole! I recommend Max Cafe to the max :)
