In northern part of Taiwan, a young man name Jin Cheng Chen started a tiny fruit stand close to a temple. With the help of his hard-working wife, they scraped and saved every dollar they had and with that saving, opened a baked goods stand called Jin Cheng Bakery. With their friendly demeanor and a selection of delicious baked goods, Mr. and Mrs. Chen expanded the little kiosk into a bakery shop.
