The building on 1749 Victoria Park AVenue is deteriorating. Garbage builds up in the outside facility and overflows on to the pavement and on the hot days smells. Residents are allowed to hang clothes over the balcony rails or use the balcony as a storage area and use blankets to cover the balcony rails for privacy. Others have their balconys piled with junk and garbage bags. It really spoils it for the residents that want to have a decent looking place. It really is not maintained properly.
