I called them to repair my A.C. The guy showed up late, and claimed everything was fine. The next day the same problem occurred with my A.C, so I called back and explained to the lady on the phone that the problem is still there. I asked to speak to the owner and she said no, I then asked if they could send out their best technician to look at it, and she said no, then she got mad at me and told me to hire someone else. Paul and Dan, it is unfortunate your receptionist has lost you a customer.
Excellent service. My Carrier furnace stopped working after 14 years and spending $1,000 on repairs last year. Abram sent a repair person the very day of breaking down and installed a new York furnace the next day. Guys worn a mask for COVID and were very accommodating.
Very poor customer service in the office. They have always gone above and beyond for us, but today I was abruptly dismissed concerning purchasing a furnace filter. Very disappointed with the gentleman who answered the phone in the service department. Jan 21, 2019
We had a air exchanger installed last week and I was so happy with the professionalism of the two service technicians at our home. The air exchanger is working great and I have no more moisture issues on my windows and my breathing has improved immensely. Well done Abrams. We are very pleased and would definitely used their services again.

Dropped in unannounced, never scheduled an appointment, I only called and asked about something and I guess they picked time/date and didn't inform me. He never fixed anything, he said it was my solenoid and after telling him why I don't think it was, he finally agreed (avoided that 100$) and then he tells me its 111.00$ for the service visit where he accomplished nothing and disagreed with my diagnosis until he realized I was right and he was wrong. Not calling Abram again
