    The best!

    The employees have been very helpful throughout the entire sale process. I wouldn't want to spend my money elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend

    They can help you with any problem with your bike, they have a road bike club and if you want to learn how to do many repairs and maintenance on your bike they even have a Parks Tool course taught by a mechanic/teacher.

    Not Impressed

    Every time I take my bike there for a tune-up or any other repair, somehow, one of the tires always ends up low with air... EVERY TIME!!! And somehow, when I leave, I have to ride back and tell them to adjust something else... In my latest visit, NONE of my gears would change on the left handle gear shifter... Sure if it's once in a while, but EVERY TIME! And he is trying to tell me over time, cables and parts need to be changed,... Yes I know,, look on your computer and you will se YOU GUYS JUST REPLACED ALL OF MY PARTS 4 MONTHS AGO!!!

    Sorry to hear that you had negative experiences with our service department. Bicycle tires do gradually lose pressure in as little time as a couple of weeks, and cables do stretch, especially when recently replaced. Nevertheless, it seems your interactions with our store and the service you received could have been much better on our part. We'd appreciate the chance to make good in the future, should you decide to give us another chance.
