Home Hardware

This location is horrible. I placed an order for a pick and got out of work early to pick up. On my way, i called them to inform that i will be there 5:01 (the store closes at 5) so if they could please be courteous. Horrible customer service! They turned me away and did not give me my order despite the fact that i reached at 5:00 sharp. Mike and Cheryl have the worst customer service! Definitely will never shop here ever again!!!

Unpleasant staff. When you ask them for advice they are condescending and rude. Making a return is unpleasant and stressful. They make you feel like a criminal. Cheryl and the manager, Mike are especially unpleasant. Will never go back. The reason I shop there is that the customer service is supposed to be better than Home Depot. Unfortunately, this is not true. I will stick to the big box stores as they offer a much nicer shopping experience. You also do not have to get stressed about returns.

Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

Horrible stood in...

Horrible stood in store for a 1/2 hour trying to get help. 3 boys in red shirts standing in the customer service booth no help. Walked out went to Home Depot . Will never go back .

terrible place

I had very unpleasant experience at this particular location . After dealing with the owner ( a guy introduced himself) I would never want to go to any Home Hardware anymore but if you really need to go to Home Hardware, do yourself a favor and skip this location. If you ever would need to come back and return the product you will learn that owner does not care about head office policies....
