    Very poor company...

    Very poor company!!! Poor, unsupervised workmanship; cheap materials used. Company does not respond adequately to resident feedback. Company delays the finishing of the building beyond reason.

    THE WORST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE... PERIOD!!!!

    This has been the worst home buying experience we have ever had. Everything was not to bad until we took possession. After that, they only did 10% of our PDI warranty able items, they did not contact us for the first 3 months during the repair period. We had to go trough TARION to get anything done. Even then, Elisa and Ami looked for any excuses for poor quality work. The work is still very poor. People must speak up and FOLLOW THE TARION process to get even just a few things repaired.
