I have a jeep... I use it like a jeep!!! It was a mess inside and out, full of mud, twigs and leaves. I have a dog that spends just as much time in it as I do. This thing was a mess ... dog hair, a year of spilled coffee and such... and the smell!!
I thought it would never look and smell as nice as when I purchased it. But they did it! It was literally in showroom condition when I got it back. I couldn't believe it. The tint they did on the front windows looks great.. two years going and no problems. If it starts to flake or come off .. it will be fixed under a guarantee. When I got the bill it seemed extremely low for the work that was done. After my insisting, they would only take half of the the tip I offered. They are good, honest, hard working people!!! Give them a try. You will be glad you did!!
Tint peeled off three times from front windows, they said there was something inside the door that was catching the edge of the tint film and causing this. In the end I was told that they could not spend any more time to pull apart the door to find out what the real problem was. I eventually trimmed the peeled corner as best as I could as I was selling the car and couldn't spend anymore time or money on it. I was surprised and disappointed that they would have taken this approach because I, as a customer, rely on professionals to know about these types of issues. I have other cars that won't be tinted there.
As professionals we strive to make every customer happy.
We tinted the same window 3 times and the issue was obviously a mechanical one inside the door. As far as the product and the install go there was absolutely no issues. When the window got lowered something inside the door was scraping the tint. When we came to that conclusion I realized there was no point in tinting it over again because the same thing would happen. I told the customer that if he fixed the problem inside the door we would do it for a fourth time at no cost just to help him out on his 1998 subaru.
