Slow. Slow. Slow and Slow. Please don���t waste your time you���ll be sitting there for 2 hours while they work on 2 cars the whole time. Go to Jiffy Lube just off chemong road. You will get in within 15 minutes as long as they aren���t super busy. Tires get done in 15 minutes. Great service there. BRUTAL at Mr. Lube.

Awful Service one of the girls that works there put a hole in my exhaust! They wont cover the it as they said it was already there even though it was obvious when you heard the sound!
Worst mechanics ever. My bf took his car in for an oil change and they made a giant crack in the air flow bracket .wont cover the cost to fix it even though it was their fault. Never going back.

I've used all of services they offer except rust proofing ( I'll try that soon also).Alan and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They've gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion and anyone who has had any service done here I know will agree ! excellent service. free newspaper. take's your order outside while you wait. free fill up's on washer fluid. sit and have a coffee while you have a short wait.friendly service people. would definetlt reccommend mr. lube to anyone. thank's.
