Kawartha Carpet Cleaning

They treat seniors with the utmost disrespect. I was shocked when I spoke to the man on the phone. My grandma changed her mind about having them come and she felt badly and had apologized and was very kind and sincere. The way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He hung up the phone on me for no reason except his own frustration and if it had been handled differently, it could have been resolved quickly and possibly even still had them come.

We had them clean our entire upstairs carpet and our stairs. They used a regular steam cleaner and the carpets were soaked for hours and they didnt look any clearer. They used dirty water. We paid extra for deodorizer and it was Fabreeze spray for $29.00. DONT waist your money.

I have had them clean my carpets for years and have always been please.

Don't get involved with them. Their telemarketers keep calling even though I have repeatedly told them I DON'T have carpeting and I already have new flooring!!!

I was cold called & offered 2 rms/hallway $59.95. I asked room (20x25),14 steps&small hallway(12') for same price.Girl said yes. App't the next wk. I called her back & said we were having floors refinished &it would be better the following wk. She said fine &she made the app't Mon AM. Mon AM came &went &when I called in, I got owner then 1) he said another company(WRONG) then 2) he found order &said it was for Wed(WRONG again);anyway, they came but said hallway was extra $30 ... use at your risk

next time I will ...

next time I will get a company with a truck mount.i have a little machine.dont need a company to bring one to my home

Very impressed! Had several bedrooms done and the carpets look great! Very clean and soft, and no more stains. The gentleman they sent were very kind and helped move my furniture. Would use again!

We had the stairs...

We had the stairs and 3 rooms done. Excellent work. Carpets are over 30 years old. We have good shampoo machine and steam machine. This freshened everything deeper (especially stairs++)AND they moved our furniture. Dried much more quickly than with our machines. So impressed had them back for upholstery and remainder of house. Would definitely have them back on a regular basis. Very friendly service. very very happy.

Every year I hire...

Every year I hire Kawartha Carpet Cleaning to clean all my carpets, couch, love seat and chair. They are always on time and complete the job in a reasonable time frame- not to mention the crew is always polite and does those extras. Never a worry with this company. Love them

AWFUL! Paid ext...

AWFUL! Paid extra to have furniture moved and they complained and had a hard time. Only ended up moving somethings! Any marks I had hoped they would get out were still there. I just rented a steamcleaner from the Superstore and did it myself. Looks and feels great!

They telemarketed...

They telemarketed me, and gave me a quoted for 69.99$ By the time they left they had a 500$ bill for me. Very unhappy, Buyer beware..
