Moved to Pembroke recently from Ottawa where we frequented Kelseys on wing night for several years because we loved the wings. Went out of our way to go to Petawawa for wing night, will not go again. Wings were very small, were told they do not do the mixed flavours i.e. honey mild, on wing night, asked for breaded and crispy, they were not breaded! Sent them back, came out the same, not breaded! We were informed by the floor manager they were breaded. Not good. Will not go back.
Burger on pretzel bun was black and dry. Had indigestion all night. Chip truck fries had raw spots. My burger was served 5 minutes after my guests meal was served. The Coconut in the Thai green curry dish was overwhelming it was not cooked long enough.The sever was pleasant. Would never go there again for a meal.
Me and my girlfriend decided to have a early lunch. We arrived at 1105 we were the first one in the restaurant, the people start to come in the place for lunch, we order our food at 1115 hoping to be serve at approximatively 1130 and leave at 1150. My Girlfriend just had a hour lunch and as military clerk you do want to be late for work. So after we wait for 30 min we decided to leave at 1145. On our way out the waitress told us that our food was ready but no time to eat it.
Went 2 nights in a row beer was good both nights so was service at the bar nachos I asked for extra cheese a 99 cent charge witch made the nachos just alright, second night my sandwich was good and so was the fish
Kelsey's is the perfect place to solve your munchie mystery. Their wing night is like sex on clouds, beautiful and magical. The people there always seem to have a smile on their faces and its wonderful to see while I am nommin down on all dat good stuff. I always receive amazing service. Most of the employees are majestic like unicorns the way the dance around the floor and take care of everyones needs.
It was my birthday and the place was packed being wing night. When we went to put our name in the poor girl taking the names asked the house manager how long the wait was and she YELLED at her "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU 30-MINS", HOW rude the poor girl looked as if she could cry infront of 30 people. When we got to 1hr waiting I finally went up and said I was told 30 mins and I've been sitting here an hour and other people who came behind us were getting tables without resos before us. She told me there was NOTHING that she could do. They FINALLY sat us and it was SO LOUD our server was yelling at us asking us what we wanted......Wing night is EXPENSIVE compaired to other places in the area! My husband mentioned that it was my birthday and not so much as a thats great happy birthday! Usually Kelsey's gives you a complimentry dessert yeah NO NOT given at this one.... well server only got a 2.50$ tip on OVER 40$ of food.... I Hate going there but seems to be a common meeting place around this area!
It has been getting worse everytime I go there but this has to be the worst time yet. First, we were greeted poorly with a "why are you bothering me" attitude which extended throughout the visit. The food order was wrong the first time, and when corrected it seemed as though it was recylced. Plates look empty and the price is unreasonbly high for what you actually receive. Will never retrun to this location.
love going to kelselys good beers good people and i love the wings and if you dont like this place well go on wing night or before big concerts and its packed!!!! been going since ive been posted and have had some good times!!!

Well, the Spinach dip was the starter. It was tasty was very "garlicky" with lots of cheese.
The ceasar salad was also very garlicky with lots of cheese so was the Penne Pasta...
So it seems like everything I've taste in this restaurant so far is based on the same garlic and cheese sauce... Boring!
The Club House was very plain and did not have a whole lot of flavour.
The service is mostly awful. The food was terrible. It was lukewarm at best and it wasn't busy either. The only redeeming item was the dessert. I likely will not return anytime soon!
