Lorraine is great with my not so easy fur legged friend. She always helps me to understand his not so great personality. He always is groomed and smells and looks great. Thank you

This place is very dirty. All you can smell is feces and cat urine. I would not feel comfortable leaving an animal in her care. She is arrogant and condescending when speaking to you and she does not have as much confidence with animals as a groomer should have. I was a groomer for many years, I was very unimpressed with this place.

Love how she groomed my dog who normally has a hard time getting groomed. Kismit has never looked better.
