Horrible customer SErvice - Weekend Ruined

Horrible Customer Service.. OSMAN ABDI, the Agency Operator for both "Dollar and Thrifty which seems to be same company) yelled and kicked us OUT , after asking us to pay for another day and more expensive rate because eventhough we had confirmed reservations online, Monday is a long weekend and due to his rules no cars are accepted although on any other day even when rental is closed the car can be parked outside. told him that's not what the online booking said and it was all clear online with no problem, he handed me my cards and asked me to leave the store and "NO CAR FOR YOU" ... and went back into his office and slammed the door behind him. RUined my whole long weekend plans, no other cars available.. horrible service.. never again.
