Mobile Snap Rideau Centre

Bought an s7 tempered glass protector after discussing concerns I had from hearing they had poor adhesion and interfered with touch. They assured me that wasnt the case, and pushed me into buying the (overpriced) protector. It looked like it was working fine at first, but wasnt until I got home I noticed how messed up the touch was on the curved sides. Then I removed it which was effortless, proving the adhesion was going to be an issue in the long run. They dont offer refunds, avoid this place.

J'ai fait réparer ma vitre de cell la-bas vu que c'est 20$ moin chere qu'au applestore. Que de deception, le 1er ne fonctionnait pas il on changer pour un deuxieme le deuxieme fonctionnait mais avait des bandes plus pales sur l'ecran et le coin bougeait en gros mal installer mais j etait content qu il fonctionne 3 semaines plus tard il ne fonctionne plus et refuse de me le changer pour dommage physique. Aller au applestore ne perder pas 150$ pour des amateurs

Bad costumer serv...

Bad costumer service. Employer were rude. Take more then 2 months to get the screen of my phone repair. Really expensive, 200$ fir a screen. Doesn't even worth one star. I will never recommande that place.

Totally ready and willing to buy a case... just stoof there for like 10 minutes while he kept shooing me off. Fair enough. More money in my pocket

Very bad customer...

Very bad customer service (the employees were rude), super expensive ($200 for a phone screen), very unprofessional (the employee forgot to give me my SIM card back). I'm sure you can have better service in other similar stores.
