My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

Genuine Mechanic

We were in Ottawa for one weekend and the night we arrived our exhaust pipe broke. I haven't had great experiences with mechanics and only trust one in Toronto. I went to Japan Auto Service early on Monday morning and I described the problem. I told them that we just wanted the exhaust secured so that we can make it back home. They took a look at the car and told me they could do it right away. They also told me that they wouldn't charge me. It only took maybe five before it was all done. When I asked them again about payment they told me that it wasn't necessary. We made it back to Toronto safely thanks to their genuine help. Hopefully my car won't break down again in Ottawa but if it did I would know where to go.
