    Will never order ...

    Will never order from this business again. We ordered chairs, ottomans and a cushion. None came when we were told they would. We are still waiting for a cushion and it has been well over 2 months. They never call to let us know; just keep promising, "next Thursday". Very unreliable people. We had to call them only to find out once again it will not be in.

    Its not pizza its furniture custom order takes time why would we late we don't enjoy it making it late and you should understand that the week you expecting your order store has been operating less hours for emergency its written and advised you by sales person but some people don't understand and hopeless to talk with

    Was completely dissatisfied with the service the Oshawa location provided. Delivery times set and was Made to sit around until 8-9 o'clock at night without so much As a phone call on 4 different occasions for the same furniture. 3 times was told a story about the truck breaking down in highway. Will never shop here again and would never recommend them to anyone.

    We got great prices so we get super busy when we do delivery. We give customers window of delivery we cannot specify the exact time for example between 4.00-8.00 because of road conditions and traffic. I am sure you got the great deal we only one store left in this plaza surviving from last 4 years just only because of super low prices and over 30 years at same location :) I hope you got your furniture and happy abt it.
